Jonas Baur started at UFA SERIAL DRAMA (Grundy UFA) in 1995 as co-producer of long running daily soap Gute Zeiten – Schlechte Zeiten (RTL). After writing treatments for Hinter Gittern (RTL) and a highly successful work as story editor at Germany’s most successful telenovela Verliebt in Berlin (Sat.1) he became creative producer for Verliebt in Berlin and Eine wie keine (Sat.1). Today Jonas is responsible for content development and works on new formats and genres. His core target is to develop new industrially produced dailies and weeklies as well as the required forward-looking production models.

Camilla has worked in nearly all areas of production in the Danish TV and film industry. She began as an assistant producer and worked her way up to Head of Drama at Danish TV2. Currently she works as Producer at DR Fiction. Camilla is specialized in developing dramatic series for the Danish market, with an eye toward international marketability and award-winning appeal. Camilla has produced the Danish political series BORGEN and has written the book THE BORGEN EXPERIENCE – Creating TV Drama the Danish Way.

Nigel Stafford-Clark is the owner of London-based production company Deep Indigo and has been producing high-end television drama since the 1980s. He is a three-time BAFTA winner, with Warriors, The Way We Live Now and Bleak House. His productions have also won America’s Peabody Award, the Prix Italia, the Golden Nymph at Monte Carlo, Primetime Emmys and multiple awards from BAFTA, the Royal Television Society and the Broadcasting Press Guild. He is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.
